Our car parks are well maintained and now have ANPR technology to capture licence plates, enabling us to monitor cars coming in and leaving. This is of course a means to track payment, but it also gives you peace of mind that we know your car is there. Camera surveillance also allows us to keep an eye on the car parks and we provide a helpline if you need to call us. One of us will be at the other end of the line and if you need us there in person we can soon attend.

Fisher Street Car Park is near to Carlisle Cathedral, Tullie House Museum and Carlisle Castle. This car park is also close to Carlisle’s famous indoor market.
Mary St Car Park is within easy reach of the train station, Crown Court and various businesses. Also near to the Vue Cinema and the many bars and restaurants in the Botchergate and Lowther Street areas.
Water Street Station and Mary Street car parks are ideal for Carlisle Train Station. Water Street runs behind Matalan, and is the location of the train station’s convenient rear entrance. This entrance leads to lifts that take you straight onto all platforms, so no need to navigate ramps or stairs! This is also a good station pick up point, with easier access and less congestion.
All our car parks have security cameras with number plate recognition, which record when your car arrives and leaves. Payment can be made by cash, card, PayByPhone or the PayByPhone app, with the option of paying before you leave or adding payment if your stay is longer than expected. There is also a 24 hr helpline for prompt assistance nearby.

Do not panic: no need to return to your car to top up. Pay for extra time on your return, or if you forget, contact us within 24-hours and pay the difference.
Although our sites are covered by CCTV we can accept no liability for damage or, theft or break-ins. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles.
